Topic: UTP vs Shielded Cat6 for 12mic to Digiface AVB

Hi,

I am looking to run a redundant AVB network using the primary network on the 12mic to a Digiface AVB and the secondary network to another Digiface AVB connected to a separate computer.
I will be running ethernet about 200 feet. What type of ethernet cable is recommended? Is Cat6 with UTP sufficient to avoid issues, or do you recommend shielded cable? I have a cable provider mentioning that shielded cable is needed to support gigE transport protocol with AVB. What cable do you recommend?

I see in the manual that shielded cables are required for the 12mic and the Digiface AVB.
