Topic: Relais clicks
In my ADI-2 DAC FS I notice occasional relais clicks while the unit is powered off (on standby). Has anybody noticed this?

Yes, that is completely normal and it happens every time you turn it on or off.
I don't mean the moment when it's being turned on / off, but when the unit is just sitting there, turned off. Like sometimes in in the middle of the night it will make a click. But I will check again if it's really the RME or maybe some other device.

Nope, never as my ADI-2 DAC FS stays standby when it's in standby. I don't have my ADI-2 DAC on all the time when on my PC and I've never noticed any unwarranted sound/click.

In standby ADI-2 doesn’t draw enough power to make it’s relais click.
So likely something else.
