Topic: how can I switch fader allocation mono/stereo to 5.1 or 7.1?

How can I switch TotalMix fader allocation mono/stereo to 5.1 or 7.1 to use Multichannel audio via spdif or ADAT (USB digiface)?
and how can I extend the 2 channel output from current Stereo into 8 Channel ADAT or SPDIF?
