How to activate a Phantom power on an input channel when in DAW Mode ?
I have a digiface USB and I want to activate the phantom on one input ADAT Channel...
I am in DAW MODE ...

What is the Mic preamp that you are using? The Digiface USB does not have any mic input.

Then you activate it on your preamp and not through TotalMix which will have no idea of the status of your preamp.
