Topic: Left levels lower than Right levels

I’ve just started using the DigiCheck NG software alongside my DigiFace Dante and have noticed that the level showing on the left side meters is much lower than the right side. When I see the levels in Totalmix this is not the case. Is there a setting I’ve missed in DigiCheck?

should be the same.
How much is the difference ? May you provide a screen shot ?
And can you test with a test tone ? A mono signal panning center ?

Could it be Stereo is set to M/S Mid Side ?
Check settings in Totalmix
