Topic: Problem with hissing noise on main inputs 9 and 12 without connecting

Good morning
I have fireface ii. I have a big problem with hissing noise on main inputs 9 and 12 without connecting XLR cables. I also have a HOST button lit yellow. I did a factory reset but the problem is not resolved. Hope to get some help here

In Totalmix in the input channels 9 and 12 : the input-gain is closed ?
Is the hissing noise visible in the input channels in Totalmix ?
The interface is a UFX ll ?

I hear the noise when I increase volume in the input of 9 and 12. No noise when they are closed.
The hissing noise in visible in the input channels in totalmix yes

the problem is about UFX II yes

Do you mean the gain knob or the volumen fader ?

Is this not happen on all analog inputs ?
