how to properly connect 2 sets of speakers and switch between them on rme adi-2 pro fs black edition?

Connect the smaller of the speaker pairs to headphone 3&4. Do the switching by holding the volume knob in for a second. You’ll need a trs lead to 2 x ts or rca connectors. Even if the second pair is balanced using unbalanced won’t hurt.

I used 3/4 output on my second pair of monitors, connected it to my bryston 4b st with tannoy 12 dmt and it worked fine. It seemed like the right thing to do.
