Topic: Boost button on instrument fader

I just tried to connect a piezo pickup to my Babyface Pro FS. And needed a lot of gain for sure.
I found the "Boost" settings above the -10dBV / +4dBu button. I could not find anyone mention this.
Is this a new setting in Version 1.85?
