Topic: RME Digiface AES - USB Interface Help

Hello, I have a newly purchased Digiface AES.

I have a requirement to utilise it as a USB audio interface and route the Mic inputs to the USB outputs for
Connection to DAWs etc, as well as audio playback from USB to the analogue outputs of the Digiface AES.

I am unable to achieve this; hopefully I’m missing something.

In the Total Mix matrix, the USB IO is not visible - so am seemingly unable to route the IO as described above.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction, please?

There is no USB I/O, the interface is interconnecting more direct to the computer.
In Totalmix the middle row faders are the signals from the computer.
Please study the Totalmix Youtube videos for the signal-routing.

The methode is simple, you have to start from the Totalmix bottom (hardware outputs).
Click the output channel where the signal shall go.
Then pull up faders from the upper two rows, the microphone and the signal from the computer.

In the Matrix window the computer channels (Software playback channels) are vertical, the last fews.
