Topic: Question about linux kvm and rme drivers

I want drive windows 10/11 as a virtual machine, two options:
1) linux kvm
2) vmware workstation, windows 10 as a host

Question is will i be able install totalmix& full rme drivers on the quest windows 10 machine?

Will i experience hiccups/latency like problems?

I quess on linux kvm, there is no usb passthrough options since theres no drivers

as far as I remember you can directly assign the USB port to the guest in libvirt / proxmox. see for example here: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/USB_Device … l_Machines
