Asking simply, since a lot of details could go into this.

On PC I can see my inputs/outputs for my RME interfaces in all of my typical Audio Software.

With the same gear on a Mac I cannot. Is there a trick or an oversite I am making?

My most important example is Zoom. On PC I can choose any input/output for the Microphone or Speaker selection in Zoom preferences. On Mac I can only generically select BabyFacePro for example.

A secondary example would be Reaper. I can select the exact master output I need in Preferences on PC, on Mac I cannot.

I have Mac students with RME, some I encouraged the purchase, but I can't come close to the complex routing that I can do on PC.
