Topic: Can adi-2 pro fs r power with 9v power supply?

I read from the manual page 12 said about accepting voltages from 9.5 Volts up to 15 Volts. It is also work with 9v power supply?

As the nominal voltages are at the edge of not fitting (kind of out of specs), the only way to find out is to plug it in.

ADI-2 Pro draws about 1 A idle current and up to ca. 2 A on full power, so even the voltage drop along the PSU’s cable might make a difference in this case.

Under-voltage won’t break anything, ADI-2 simply will not work properly.

Before plugging, specially watch out for the correct polarity!

9 V typically will not work. See display...
