Topic: DigiFace as a Master in Dante Controller

Hi!

I am using a Digiface Dante as a Madi<>Dante converter. Works Great, thanks for that.

My question is: In my Dante Network, this RME is marked as a MASTER. but why? It is no way to get this not happen indeed changing settings in the control panel in RME.

Re: DigiFace as a Master in Dante Controller

You have multiple leaders in your network. This could be caused by IGMP snooping. More info here (from Shure) or contact Audinate network support:

In the Digiface Dante there is a Brooklyn Dante board.

I'll try the Audinate network support.

Cheers!
