Topic: Component D1300 on FirefaceUC/UCX rev 1.1

Hi,
Does anyone know what component D1300 on FirefaceUC/UCX Main Rev. 1.1 is? The IC marking is W004H.

An unusual power failure in a set up caused a transient on the USB bus that fried the protection device, so I'd like to replace it.
