Topic: RME UCX wont detect Mic line 1 & headphones line

Hey guys I recently purchased a 2nd hand RME UCX , all the lines worked day 1 however now I am having problem with the headphone line as well as the Mic/Line 1. Can someone please help me on this? there are no lights showing on either .

Ive had the same thing happen to me years ago with a fireface 802 with 2 of the inputs all of a sudden not working. has this hapened to anyone else?

What power supply do you use ?
Is the connector plug fully inserted and locked ?

M1-Sequoia, Madiface Pro, Digiface USB, Babyface silver and blue
