Topic: How to tell if I have most recent UFX II hardware revision

Will be receiving a UFX II from Thomann, but want to make sure I have the most up to date hardware revision with the same analog/digital boards at the UFX III. How would I go about confirming that the unit I receive is the modern revision?

Thank you in advance. Very excited for my first RME interface!

Hello nkarach, a warm welcome to the forum first.
Perform firmware update with the FUT (Firmware-Update-Tool) it reveals the current hw rev.
HW Rev.7 is the newest from what the FUT readme says.

It's very unlikely you get a unit not up-to-date, these interfaces are often sold out until re-stock.
And if you find out it's not the newest, do you think Thomann will open all boxes and let you pick out one ?
UFX ll is UFX ll regardless of hardware revision, you will be a proud owner of this interface.

M1-Sequoia, Madiface Pro, Digiface USB, Babyface silver and blue
