Topic: Fireface 400 doesn't light up, cracking sound every second or so

I had FF400 for more than a decade, and today it stopped working. It doesn't light up, and there's a cracking sound played about once a second through the speakers. Headphones are silent. Could this be an issue with the power adapter or does this sound like the sound card is gone? Does this sound like something that can be repaired?

Whats your country ? You may contact the service partner there, repair is in most cases possible.

United States, but will also be traveling to Germany soon so can bring it with me.

Thanks! Emailed them. I couldn't find any mention of a service center in the States on the website.
