Topic: DAW playback stops when I open TotalMix window

Running Cubase 11.


Let's say I'm playing tracks thru or in this case into the DAW and I want to adjust an input gain via TotalMix. When I open the TotalMix window the playback/recording stops. I have tried this when doing live multitracks trying to adjust input gain on instruments and such.

Is this normal?
