Topic: Possible to Backup madifaceusb.exe settings and share with other PCs?

Hello!

We have multiple user all using the same PC spec and same Digiface Dante interface. We want all systems to be configured identically. In an effort to simplify setup for new users, I'm looking for ways to share madifaceusb.exe control panel settings with other PCs. I have poked around AppData and couldn't find any .cfg type files. Is this even possible?

No, the Settings are registry entries. Wouldn't a simple screenshot as example do it? There is not much to set up in the DF Dante Settings dialog...

Yes a screen shot certainly could. A different approach would be a time savings for the way we work.

Do you know if the Registry entries are unique to the machine ID, or are they generic? Asking because I could write a script that sets these. But if it's not safe or reliable to do, a screenshot would be the solution.

I know this seems over engineered and overcomplicatd, but we have many users with many pieces of audio software, and so any efficiency we can find with rolling out configurations helps.
