Topic: My RME Fireface 802 stopped working completely

I have an RME 802 which stopped working.
It would turn on but had no sound whatsoever on Total mix or anywhere else, I tried updating the Driver. After that I updating the firmware using the fat_usb tool. Both updates where successful, after updating the firmware  I turned it off for a few seconds as per instructions, once I turned it back on all led light on the front stayed on and they still, the unit is completely unresponsive.

I am on Windows 11.

I'm afraid your 802 needs service. Please contact your retailer or your local distributor for service options.
