Topic: Digiface Dante disappeared from Dante Network (after firmware updated)

I bought Digiface Dante less than few month ago and the problem started after I updated the latest firmware.
Madi works fine, only Dante doesn't.

Firmware rollback is not possible because it is not visible on the Dante network.
Sometimes it is recognized and works for a few minutes, but then disappears from the network.
I tried to rollback the firmware while it was recognized, but it is not visible in Dante Updater.
In the Fireface USB Setting panel, Dante & Clock Status, it says no data available.

To check if it is a problem with Digiface Dante, I installed the Broolkyn 3 module on another device and it works fine.

I think it is only the Brooklyn3 Module that has been updated to the latest firmware that is having the problem.

The product version is 1.0.3 (broolkyn 3)
The initial firmware version is 4.2.5.3 (now 4.2.8.9)

Is there a way to solve this problem?

There might be a problem with the latest Audinate software. We already have contacted Audinate. For now you can try the "Failsafe Recovery" in the Firmware-Update-Manager. When you start this function, the Brooklyn III module will be restored with a rather old firmware 4.2.3.7. This process seems to take longer than a normal update. After the restoration, however, you can easily update to a newer firmware.
