Topic: Signal spikes in HDSP mixer with all units turned off. Wierd?

I have an RME MADI HDSPe card. Every now and then there are short signal spikes on various channels when all my RME gear is turned off. I can't hear anyting, but the meter has a very short signal spike in the meter. Very wierd, is it suposed to be like this?

The input is set to optical but no signal is present.

Yes, this is correct. Optical input, QS and Micstacy turned off. Nothing is connected to the coax.

That is normal for the HDSP MADI. If it worries you simply set it to the coaxial input temporarily.

I'm impressed by the stability of running at 0.7ms latency with this system btw.
