Topic: MADI Optical Fiber specification

Maybe a stupid question.... but I'm new to MADI.
What is the best specification for the optical fiber to link a HDSPe MADI to ADI-648 (short distance: up to 10 meters): Duplex SC plug 50/125 ?m (OM2) or 62.5/125 ?m (OM1) multimode fiber ?

Either one works. Alva Cableware (RME accessories) optical MADI cables are 50/125.
