Topic: FF UC Freeze during startup and playback in Cubase

When starting Cubase 5.1 the screen can turn out black and I have to restart the computer.
It happens 8 times of 10.

If I manage to get past I can select a song and it loads up.
But here it can stop completly and close cubase or it manage to load the project but when playing it can close cubase or get black screen and I have to restart the computer.

Help really needed!!
