Hi!
I have a RME Fireface 400 and was thinking about connection the inputs and outputs to an external patchbay to conserve the connectors on the Fireface.
I often plugin different equipment and the connectors, although they seem to be pretty solid, don't seem to be build like a tank, so I fear I could damage them through always plugin in different equipment.
Has anybody else done this? Is there something with the patchbay and the cables that I have to take into consideration to not reduce audio quality?
