I've just bought a Rme 400 but can't work out how to set it up on my computer. I've downloaded the latest drivers and plugged the device in , it's plugged into the firewire port on my old creative soundcard-i plugged it into the back firewire port on my computer but it went on then off so i assume its now in the right port. The lights come on and the red host Led is lit. The Rme symbol and total mix are loaded and appear in the tray, but when i click on either of them nothing appears-when i right click i am offered the options settings, and mixer matrix but these cannot be accessed?
