Topic: Maximum firewire cable length for MadiFace

I believe I've read elsewhere in the forum that 5 meters is maximum for some other RME interfaces.
Is this also true of the HDSPE Madiface ExpressCard/34 to MADIface connection?

You are welcome to try. The official recommendation is 1m max.
