Every once in awhile... and i can not duplicate... my mac locks up and  i get a loud annoying sound that is like a distorted fire alarm.  anybody?  this issue never occurred before i installed the aio card.  I should also mention that i am outputting  audio from my korg TS thru optical to the card in.

additional:  I have discovered this issue occurs outside of logic etc.  It happened last nite whilst watching a hulu video.  Could the card be defective?  I have to pull the plug on my mac pro everytime.  Totally locked.
