Hi.
I'd like to do this:

- plug the microphones into my analog mixer
- takin the signal from the insert points of each channel in the analog mixer
- route them into 8 tracks of my fireface uc (in and out... with insert cables)
- use logic's compressors, fx and so on...
- a little bit of eq correction in the analog mixer and mix live...

do you think it's a thing that is usually made?

how do i configure total mix to do this thing?

how do i set logic to work with 8 imput-monitored tracks?
