Hi good people 

  i just got my fireface about 1 month and iam using it i have some probelem

1:analog input 7 is not working no led and cant hear any sound from it 

2: while using cubase with fireface 800 asio about half an hour of working and recording audio from keyboard and guitar

from analog inputs 1.2.3.4  the sound go away and cant hear anything  and to make it work again must restart cubase

and sometimes restart fireface 

3:  when i put my guitar in the direct input insturment  nothing happend no led and no sound 

* plz help me and i need any toutrial for the total mix and the matrix
