I have hdsp 9652 rev. 1.6 can it work with the Nuendo Hammerfall 9652 96/52 PCI Card rev 1.5 together in the same system? windoxw xp pro 32 bit

That card is most probably a DIGI9652. There is no common driver to use both cards under ASIO.
