Topic: Can't open Fireface Settings

Hello,

I recently changed the drivers on my FF400 from Mac PPC to Intel.  I tried to reverse the process (back to my PowerBook G4, 10.4.11), but I now can't open the fireface settings application.  The mixer seems to be functioning, but I am hoping someone may help me figure this out. 

On Apple's Problem Report for Fireface Settings there is a detailed description of the problem (which I can send complete if necessary), the top lines are as follows:

The drivers are on the Mac, not the Fireface. Can you explain more?

From what I can gather, it sounds like you installed the Intel driver on a PPC Mac, or vice versa. If so, trash the driver files and reinstall. See below for instructions.

Thank you very much, forgot the important step of deleting the previous drivers.  All is in working order now.
