Topic: HDSPe AIO driver 3.083 cannot be installed under Win7

MS reported error code 39.  Installed and uninstalled many times still got the same error code.
Installed very smoothly under XP but not in the case of Win7 (both X86 and X64 as well).
Motherboard: Zotac NM10-ITX
Ram: 2G
Graphic adaptor: onboard Intel 3250
Newwork adaptor: onboard realtek
Other sound card: onboard realtek HD audio (I disabled it from BIOS and not been installed)

Have you tried the card in another slot?

Only one slot is available on this mini-itx motherboard.  I installed XP/Win7 dual boot systems on my computer with the AIO inserted on the same slot.   Hardware environment is the same.  There is no problem at all under XP.  Error reported whenever I swithed to Win7.
