Topic: Card for SPDIF output

Hi.
I need to output from computer digital signal through SPDIF to external DAC. I know that HDSP 9652 is good decision for this(same card use my friend). May be there is more cheaper RME soundcard that I can use without drop quality?
OS is Windows 7.

HDSP 9632 can output SPDIF via optical or coaxial. Should be a bit less expensive.
