Topic: Problem installing HDSPe ExpressCard on laptop

Hey guys,

There seems to be a slight (big) problem when I try to install my ExpressCard on my laptop, actually, it doesn't seem to be recognized by my computer at all. I reinstalled it, updated the driver to the 3.083 version but then when i rebooted my computer it didn't appear in my device manager and the HDSPmix and HDSP hammerfall icons are in the tray but nothing happens when I click on them. I'm using a Toshiba Satellite P200 Laptop with Windows Vista (D'oh!) installed. Any suggestions?

Put the card out and reinsert it while Windows is running.

have you looked in the device drivers pannel to see if the driver works fine ?

If it's not the case you can update it from this place. Another way, is to deactivate and reactivate the cardbus driver.
