Topic: Where to repair fireface 400 in UK?

Hi, my ff400 just stop responding to both 1394 port and optical input one week ago. I assumed it must be faulty.

So can anyone here tell me where I should send it or whom I should contact with to repair it? Many thanks!

BTW, I am living in UK and I haven't kept the receipt.

Without receipt, warranty status (and the correct RME representative) can also be determined with the unit's serial number.
