Topic: Which latency time at which latency settings/samplerate combinations

The Settingsdialog offers the "Buffer Size" parameter. The numeric values 32/64/128/... are specifying a number of samples (bit resolution does not matter), right? And how to interpret the latency time? The Settingsdialog shows the same latency time for a buffer size, whether the current sample rate is 44,1 kHz or 88,2 kHz. Are the shown latency times based on a samplerate of 44,1 kHz, so that a buffer size of 256 means 6 ms at 44,1 kHz but 3 ms at 88,2 kHz?

Stupid question maybe, but want to be sure and could not find the information in the manual or in this forum.

The displayed latency times are based on 44.1 kHz. Already requested this sometime ago to make the display show the real latency values for all samplerates ...
