Hi to the RME Team,

last week I finally made my decision to go for the FireFace UC and not to wait for the babyface and I have to say I am very impressed by sound, performance, latency and stability with Win 7/64 in combination with Reaper so far. Really a noticable step up from my 5 year old FW interface. Ampsims or MIDI-DrumPads now are fun to play without annoying latency (48 Samples buffer with < 5ms roundtrip delay displayed in Guitar Rig is no problem on my notebook with an i7-620m processor). Also my mics sound noticably better. After 1 hour of reading and trying the possibilities in TotalMix I was finally convinced that this is a keeper.

I really have to give you the kudos fast because I expect that I will just make music and forget about the interface sooner or later...
