Hi

I need to know about cabling/connection&configuration
from Focusrite Octopre Platinum+AD Card
to Hammerfall HDSPe ExpressCard
I can't do it work

Maybe you could let us know how things are currently connected and what exactly does not work as expected. Normally, this should be a fairly simple ADAT connection.

here my set up to do it easier:

MacBook Pro 3.1 (IntelCore Duo 2.4 Ghz, 2 Gb, 667 Mhz, DDR2 SDRam)
MacOs X 10.5.6
Logic Pro 8
RME/hammerfall dsp multiface (adat /spdif /midi 96 khz multichannel interface)
+hdsp expresscard for 34 slots
Focusrite Octopre Platinum + A/D Card
Alesis QS8

connected as follows:

alesis qs8 midi in/out , to/from multiface
alesis qs8 main out L/R to multiface analog inputs 1/2
multiface analog outputs 1/2 to monitors (M1Active)
multiface to/from Mac via expresscard (firewire)
Octopre optical out to multiface Adat in

Im just starting on all this, so never connected or used it before,...
but what I know is this: Octopre shows a light in, receiving a mic signal
but I can not listen anything and do not register any event coming from Octopre inside Logic
