hi

im working 2 years with HDSP 9632 card today when i open anything about sound like cubase ,windows media player , youtube or anything its generate a white noise i done many things remove the card and plugged again , reinstalled the drivers  , also try plugged in another desktop but same situation ...
what should i do ?
