ello the greatest RME team ..

I have a big problem , can not work anymore my track ..

When i play my track in Live 6 or 8 ( with licence) , after 5 min the sound is crashing terrible !!
35 audio channels + 5 midi channels for example ..
Live cpu: 25 %  everything work  perfect
Uad dsp: 75% looks working good

i press stop on live
i open the rme ff usb setting and swith the frequency from 44100 to another and back to 44100
and i press play i live and it's working for antother 10 min and then crashing sound again ..

Mac book pro unybody 15' / 2x 2,4 Ghz / 2 G ram / 250 G hard disc / 7200 tr/min (serie mbp 470) (buy december 2009)
system mac os 10.5.8 reinstall recently, update

Card DSP UAD 2 solo laptop, look working fine
UAD driver 5.6.0  (buy december 2009)

Rme fireface UC driver 1.40, firmware v111

Application: Live 6 or 8 (with licence)

Any solution ? suggestion ?
