Topic: Intel 5400 chipset OK with HDSPe MADI?

Hi, I'm looking at installing a Dell Precision R5400 (intel 5400 chipset, dual quad xeon processors, win7) for a HDSPe MADI multichannel system:

Does anyone know if there would be any compatibility issues with this system/chipset?

All I need to work is the HDSPe, the CPUs and the network adapter. It's for a network audio streaming server.

Are there any HDSPe chipset compatibility issues with any systems currently on the market?
