Topic: Sound keeps speeding up in Ableton 8 with driver v3.020

My sound keeps speeding up during a session in ableton and to fix it I have to re-adjust the sample rate.
I normally run my tracks through ableton at a sample rate of 48000hz. To fix the strange increase in speed I have to change the sample rate to 44000hz then set it back to 48000hz to get the normal speed back.

This problem starting happening in the with previous driver. I'm currently using Ableton 8.1.5

Any advice would be appreciated.

When it happens again: Check the Windows Sound setting for the FF. Does it say 48 or 44 kHz then?

It shows 48khz and it also has logged 66 errors since boot and loading ableton and then getting the issue.
It's not like it is every five seconds but it happens at least once every hour or so!

I have also discovered that I get this issue when I'm using iTunes or Windows Media Centre.

I've still got this problem even with v3.031. I never used to have this issue and nothing changed on my setup?
