Hi Folks,

I just purchased a FF800 and having a real rough time getting the driver to work.  It appears to detect the device and display initially with 000A350043380BD5 as the device name.  When I try to load either drivers from the included disk or the latest drivers on the web it will change to the proper device name but have the triangle sign with !.  It acts like the driver was successfully loaded but will not run. 
I would consider that it is the Firewire 800 Card on my PC but I have also tried on the 400 firewire port on the board.  Exact same problem.  I have really been looking forward to using this device so would anyone have any suggestions that I could try?
