Topic: Totalmix to support 4 devices - any chance?

Hi,

we want to use configurations with 4 HDSP 9632 or AIO cards in one machine. Totalmix can only access 3 cards. Any chance to improve that?

the latest drivers support up to 6 cards.

Hi Daniel,

I have a setup with 3 HDSP 9632 and 1 AIO. Driver applet can see and configure all 4 cards, but on TotalMix there are only 3 Unit buttons; one card is not accessible from TotalMix. Installed version is 3.085.

Are you referring to a non-released package, or was this a misunderstanding of my request?

You can switch to the fourth card by (I think) shift-clicking on button 1, or some such trick... I'd have to dig through mails to find it, I'm sure you'll find out easily... cool

Thanks, Daniel. I have checked and it works. Is there any other way to learn but asking here? Browsing through readme didn't reveal anything in the first place.

Hi,

we do not want to encourage costumers to use so many cards in one computer, or expect that it will work. That's why we keep this 'trick' secret for the masses.
