Hi,

I just got my new Fireface UFX and it seems that the LEDs of channel 9 and 10 are broken. Only the signal led of channel 10 lights up but if I activate for example the phantom power of channel 9 via Total Mix, the correspoding LED won't light up. Could there be any other reason for this behaviour besides a broken unit? By the way the channels work absolutely flawlessly.
If I have to return the interface, how long will it take until I get the unit back?
