Topic: Sync issue with RME ADI8 DS and HDSP 9652

I have the HDSP 9652 running adat out into the ADI8 DS adat in main.  Occasionally I will lose sync on the D/A, and of course the audio.  ADI8 settings are AD clock internal (clock at 48) DA clock is input.  I am only using the D/A side.  RME card setting are autosync (it is synced to a lucid 88192 adat 1)

The D/A input sync light blinks, and I pull the ADAT cable in and out, and it seems to catch.  After a couple of times it seems to stay.  This problem starts upon boot of my system.

Any advice?

Set AD clocking to the same value (here ADAT Input). If that doesn't help then I would guess that the unit needs repair somehow.

I tried setting the AD to adat input, and still the same problem.  It seems to work after it warms up for about 15 minutes.  Sync stays put.

Is there a repair facility in San Francisco, CA?  thanks
