Topic: Uc and UFX ?

Hello,:-)

I already have a Fireface UC, and i would like to know some few details about UFX :

1 Could i add UC and UFX (or chain) on the same DAW ? (My MotherBoard Is an ASUS P6X58D premium with VIA Firewire Chipset, and many usb2 ports but not many are free know,  and 2 USB3 port, i use one for th UC) ed:
2 Are The UFX convertors be better than UC convertors (AD/DA) ?

Does the dynamics FX of the UFX is enougth to make good drum record ?fryingpan

according to you,  for recording drum,  what is better for me : buy an UA 4-710D (link in ADAT with my UC) or UFX (link to my UC? or add to my UC on other USB port on my DAW) ?

1) This mode is not supported. You can try to use the UC on a standard USB 2 and the UFX on the USB 3, that should be separate busses, then it may work. YMMV. See also here:

2) Yes.

Concerning dymamics: Whether or not they are good enough for your needs is something only your ears can decide.
