Topic: Totalmix 0.924 Problem: Fireface UC Mac (23067912)- disconnected

Hello,

I have a problem that occurs 9 out of 10 times with the new drivers 1.49 and firmware 112 on my Fireface UC.
Somehow after half a second Totalmix loses connection with my Fireface.
What is causing this and how can i solve it?

Setup:
iMac i7 27" (Snow Leopard 10.6.5)
Fireface UC (latest drivers)

What do you see when it 'looses connection'? Did you try older drivers?

Hi Matthias,

I found out a bit more. It only happened in combination with Digicheck.
Totalmix would say that the fireface is disconnected. Audio is working fine,
but i was not able to see any levels moving in Totalmix. Furthermore controlling
the faders was not possible from the totalmix interface.

I have updated Digicheck and that solved the problem, somehow.

Hopefully that solves the issue.

One last question, why is there no DDS on the Fireface UC, I thought it was identical in features to the Fireface 400?
