Topic: Something REALLY missing on the RME UFX

Hi all...

They missed the train...
We badly need some delay on all tracks, for speaker placements...
EX : for surround speakers, when u can't put them at the exact distance > We need some delay shifts !
This would make a killer...

Would this kind of feature be possible to upgrade ??

This feature is usually part of the software, and therefore does not need to be in the interface.

Delay in digital systems = shift register with a certain buffer size. Doesn't sound impossible for a DSP. Calibrating a surround system doesn't need a lot of time shift, so it wouldn't eat that much memory.
